Though you might have to wait to be seated here, we can definitely say that Cafe Habana is worth it. Apart from having the best Mexican grilled corn in NYC (arguably better than Toro's), the prices here can't be beat. Try the Huevos Rancheros for $6.95 or the avocado and cheese sandwich for $10.75.
