Chef Marc Meyer is the mastermind behind Cookshop, a seasonally inspired American restaurant in Chelsea. Though this restaurant is also a favorite for lunch and dinner, their brunch is pretty hard to beat, especially when it comes to prices. When dining here, we'd recommend ordering the sheep's milk ricotta for the table.
