Carbone's Elusive Lasagna Bianco Is Back!

by Guest of A Guest · November 2, 2021

How does layers of house made egg pasta spread with veal ragu, porcini bechamel and parmesan sound?

Lasagna Bianco, Carbone's most elusive dish, is officially back on the NYC hot spot's menu. Where and why did the once Sunday staple it go away? Who's to say! Maybe they didn't think people would want a heavy pasta block on a hot summer night. Either way, its hiatus was a big mistake.

All we know is that you'd best grab an early table and reserve a slice with your waiter before they've even had a change to ask if you want sparkling or still as there are only a few orders available each night.

Prepare yourself for a serious dose of food porn...
