After the success of Eleven Madison Park's Hamptons pop-up restaurant, EMP Summer House, Daniel Humm and his team have taken the show on the road, following their East End customers to what's basically the winter Hamptons: Aspen.
Aptly called EMP Winter House, the eatery is taking over the Chef's Club at The St. Regis, and is sure to be the chicest après ski destination in town. Complete with a main dining room as well as a heated outdoor yurt village (in which you can dine on chalet classics like fondue), the exclusive spot, in partnership with American Express, is opening its doors on December 15th, just in time for the holiday vacation rush.
Like the summertime outpost, reservations can only be made by American Express cardholders, although walk-in seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are an Amex customer, however, head here to snag a reservation now for tables through January 31st. Get your designer snow boots ready, people.
