The new Moxy East Village is making major waves, not least of all because of its seriously stunning in-house restaurant, Cathédrale. A collab between Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella and Executive Chef Jason Hall, the French-Mediterranean spot serves up ingredient-driven dishes beneath a 19-foot wire mesh sculpture by internationally-celebrated Italian artist Edoardo Tresoldi, which transforms the triple-high ceilings of the main dining room into a domed masterpiece.
