Slated to open in November inside Greenpoint's A/D/O space, Rule Of Thirds is an all-day Japanese cafe concept from the Sunday In Brooklyn team with partners JT Vuong and George Padilla. For lunch, expect seasonal bento boxes as well as Hottokeki (those famous souffle pancakes), and for dinner, izakaya-style dishes with a Brooklyn twist. According to a release, the eatery will also be practicing "Mottainai cuisine" (being extra mindful about avoiding waste).
