I would say Carbone, but I'm not trying to bankrupt my man. Santina is Carbone's little sister, opening last year in Meatpacking and making its mark on the area. The 'Cecina,' which are thin pancakes made out of chickpea flour, are gluten-free, the GF pasta is kind of unreal, there is a gluten-free calamari, and the naturally gluten-free salads are just a few of my favorites. Oh, and I can't forget, the tequila cocktails are amazing and a necessary part of your date night.
