Dale Talde's Park Slope project has created quite the buzz since it opened last year. His inventive menu combines familiar east and west flavors in new and interesting ways that are bound to surprise you. Like the Breakfast Ramen, whose broth tastes inexplicably like buttered burnt toast and is swimming with crispy bacon lardons and a perfectly boiled egg, an artistically Asian twist on the classic egg sandwich that is a sure-fire hangover buster.
