Bar Verde
It certainly takes a seasoned chef to make plant-based Mexican a thing, and it seems Kenney has succeeded. Bar Verde debuted in the fall of 2017 with veggie variations of ceviche, tacos, guacamole, burritos, enchiladas, and more. The colorful nachos are piled high with butternut queso, black beans, pico de gallo, cashew crema, guacamole, jalapeno, and radish. And to wash it all down? Organic and sustainable tequila and mezcal cocktails. Who says vegans don't have fun?
