Iconic Upper East Side watering hole JG Melon has just announced that due to supply chain issues, their famous cottage fries will be temporarily unavailable...

Needless to say, this is a harsh, unimaginable blow for the neighborhood.
Like, how long is "temporarily"? And what are these "choice replacements" that they're working on in the meantime? French fries!?
During desperate times such as these it's important to remember that everyone's just doing their best. But still, don't be surprised if you see Upper East Siders in an uproar.
