The Grey Lady

The Grey Lady
Want to escape the city life for a little while and pretend to be somewhere else? Perhaps in a sailboat along the coast of Rhode Island or Cape Cod. Well, The Grey Lady wont necessarily make you feel like you're on a sailboat far, far away, but the food and charming atmosphere will definitely take your cares away for a bit. This Nantucket-inspired establishment is known for its delectable oysters, clams and crustaceans, along with its ever-famous lobster roll. Decorated with tones of grey and mismatched mirrors hanging throughout, this Lower East Side gem opened fairly recently (early this summer) and has gotten rave reviews ever since. It's counterpart, Downeast Clam Shack, located next door also offers some of same New England treats for take out. The Grey Lady, 77 Delancey Street [Photo via]
