This chic Italian restaurant located in the Gansevoort Park Hotel in Midtown, will be celebrating National Pasta Month all October-long for those of us who don't think one day is enough! (Hi, thanks.)
Each week, Chef Andrea Montobbio will unveil a new and inventive pasta dish that will be offered as a special. These four decadent dishes will be a carb-lover's dream: Pistachio Garganelli with braised oxtail, Pumpkin Goat Cheese Gnocchi, Black Olive Infused Housemade Spaghetti, and rich, creamy Burrata and Bottarga Ravioli.
