The Kentucky Derby is upon us - and there could be no better a time for the launch of Proper West's brunch menu than this part social part sporty Saturday of Saturdays. The Midtown two-storied space is decorated in a chic, sleek manner, and there are literally televisions everywhere, so there won't be a bad view in the house. Every menu item includes a complementary bloody mary or mimosa. And as if that's not reason enough to try the place out, ever since reading about their Steak and Eggs, we can't stop thinking about this whole A1 hollandaise and tater tots business they've got going on - nor their pizza style Beignets with pepperoni and mozzarella.
