Our old brunch faithful Egg Shop just celebrated its first year anniversary. Hard to believe it's only been a year. What on earth did people used to do when faced with a 3 hour wait for a table for two at Butcher's Daughter on a Sunday morning? Did they actually wait? Did they starve? Thankfully, no one ever needs to go hungry again, nor lie to themselves about wanting that bowl of Soaked Organic Muesli and green juice over a bacon egg and cheese that's doing it like it means it.
