Red Farm - More is Never Enough
Red Farm is one of those amazing, only-in-New York restaurants that will answer your ask for a wait time for a table for two with an incredibly serious, completely undramatic response of an hour and forty-five minutes. On pretty much any day. At pretty much any time. Red Farm is also one of those amazing, only in New York restaurants that is worth that wait. The Katz's Pastrami Egg Roll and Bentons Bacon and Egg Fried Rice are easily worth that standing time. Throw in the Barbecued Duck Omelette with Tomato Rice and Mushrooms, and you've could lose a day right there. Everything sounds great, and everything is great, so don't shy from asking for your waiters input, or for going a bit overboard with your order. Patience is a virtue - make it count.
