In Vino - Into It
Not enough duck out there, floating about the placid menu circuit in this city if you ask us. And with regards to brunch, definitely not so, save the occasional, trendy duck hash side. At In Vino in the East Village however, atop a nest of white beans poured upon a slice of Fett'unta, their Homemade Italian Duck Sausage rests, with a sitting grilled duck egg to top it all off. A perfect start to any weekend day. Another notable in this Tuscan wine cellar of a restaurant is their Vegetable Frittata with Asparagus, Caramelized Onions and Gouda. It's gouda good, and we're more than into it.
