literally stepping up to the plate at this Flatiron eatery by introducing an experimental "Chefs' Corner" menu series. Take your date's palate on a South American adventure by trying the Seco de Pato
(roasted duck breast, duck confit, tarbais beans, cilantro) or Halibut a Lo Macho (charred octopus, shrimp, squid, mussels, creamy aji panca sauce). Don't get too attached to anything, though—the "Chefs' Corner" options will rotate every two weeks.
