Cole's Greenwich Village
The second opening by the guys behind Jimmy at the James Hotel, Cole's Greenwich Village is a classic Greenwich Village haven for carnivores and cocktail aficionados. Chef Daniel Eardley of Brooklyn's Chestnut will be serving up dishes including grilled sardines with duck-fat potatoes, white shrimp over winter citrus, and kabocha squash ravioli with burned sage and ricotta salsata.
The cocktail menu, presided over by mixology experts David Rabin, Johnny Swet, and Larry Poston, will include classic drinks with a twist, like the applejack old-fashioned and sage Sazerac.
