What: The hyper-seasonal tasting menu at Chef Glen Zamarra's new restaurant Almanac is one of the most exciting of the season. The restaurant only uses the freshest ingredients determined by the specific time within a season. The bi-level space which formerly housed Mas (la grillade) has been completely redesigned, with warm and rustic wooden touches throughout and the ever-appealing glass wine cabinet. Artwork from an array of artists will be showcased in the space, but with dishes like monkfish cheek with gouda foam and dates with toffee pudding and salted caramel ice cream, all of our attention will be on the plates.
