Mercer Kitchen
Chef Jean Georges' modern American Restaurant, Mercer Kitchen, features seasonally inspired dishes served in a trendy yet sophisticated atmosphere. Christian Liaigre designed the restaurant in hopes of creating an industrial and classic feel with wood-panneld ceilings, exposed brick walls and candlelit sconces. Mercer Kitchen will be participating in Restaurant Week for lunch and dinner from Monday-Friday as well as a Sunday dinner.
