Known as the Iron Chef in both Japan and America, Masaharu Morimoto opened up his own Morimoto restaurant after working as Nobu’s head chef. His Chelsea location is known for it’s incredibly sleek, architectural design and immaculately rolled sushi and precise cuts of sashimi.
