What: As frequenters of falafel den Taim, we were thrilled to hear about the newest addition to Einat Admony's expanding Mediterranean empire, Bar Bolonat. The Israeli cuisine shines at the West Village restaurant, with plates such as Dorade with Harissa and Kale, Turkey Shawarma, and Lamb Belly with Pickled Chickpeas hitting all the right notes. If nothing else, Bar Bolonat serves to reinforce Admony's status as one of our favorite restaurateurs in NYC.
