What: Of all the restaurants on the water, both new and old, Grand Banks has become a favorite in NYC for its stylish decor and prime location; nowhere else can you drink on a boat with such a fantastic view of downtown Manhattan. It's not all cocktails, though you'd be remiss to pass up on the drinks; oysters, ceviche, lobster rolls, and even burrata make up the menu, all perfect for an evening out on the water.
