Why are some people just the worst?
This past Saturday evening at West Village haunt Fairfax, a group of (let's be honest here, tackily dressed) outdoor diners (and like let's be honest here again, why the fuck is outdoor dining in the winter still a thing!?) paid their check, and then stole one of the spot's beloved pieces of artwork off the wall.
In the process of pilfering the one painting, the group also apparently destroyed a frame as well as another piece of art.
In response to the theft, the all day café posted images of the thieves in question to their Instagram, with the faces hidden. Should anyone from the group not come forward by end of day today, Fairfax will post the unedited security footage, and then the fun of letting the internet identify the assailants will begin!
