Cafe Mogador
Mogador has been around for years, which is somewhat of a rarity in the East Village, where food establishments seem to come and go on a regular basis. But this place has firmly held its footing, with more traditional Americanized eggs (Normandy and Florentine benedict) while offering a robust Middle Eastern menu as well. The ambiance is similar to that of a Parisian cafe - the tables are spread out and the crowd is never too rowdy. The street side tables are also great for people watching. Watch out for Alexa Chung and Katrina Bowden, who often frequent the establishment in the morning.
