Wayan
Helmed by Chef Cedric Vongerichten (yes, the son of Jean-Georges), Wayan is a new Nolita hot spot blending the flavors of French and Indonesian cuisine in a brick-walled, Southeast Asian-inspired setting. Chicken, pork, and shrimp satays are on the menu, alongside larger dishes like roasted akuna cod, lobster noodles, and a Wagyu strip loin.
