Beyond Sushi
As the name of the restaurant implies, Beyond Sushi truly takes the art of sushi to the next level. Chef Guy Vaknin was inspired by the benefits of a vegan diet and serves up some of the most colorful and awe-inspiring pieces of sushi. Each piece of sushi is made with either black forbidden rice (gluten free) or a custom made six-grain rice blend. Vaknin doesn’t stop here—each month, Beyond Sushi features both a special roll and piece of the month.
