The grand dining room of Cathédrale boasts a 20-foot wire mesh sculpture created by internationally-renowned Italian artist Edoardo Tresoldi entitled "Fillmore" - a reference to the Fillmore East's nickname, "The Church of Rock n' Roll." The swanky spot serves up French-Mediterranean cuisine and multiple dining spaces, including a private room. It definitely needs to be checked off your to-go list.
