Superiority Burger
This tiny vegetarian fast food joint in the East Village gained a cult following almost immediately after it opened back in 2015 from James Beard Award-winning chef Brooks Headley. Like its name suggests, Superiority Burger's veggie burgers are widely considered the best in the city and although they are served with cheese, they can be made vegan. The (albeit sparse) menu also includes vegan-friendly sandwiches, wraps, bowls, sides, and sorbet.
