Sixty Three Clinton

For a Lower East Side take on fancy, hit Sixty Three Clinton, the downtown-cool hot spot from chef Samuel Clonts and Raymond Trinh. From its intimate chef's counter to its cozy 40-seat dining room, guests can experience a whimsical seven-course tasting menu of modern American fare with Japanese influences (the meal starts with roe-topped breakfast tacos and ends with a miniature Baked Alaska). It's currently $92 per person but we suggest not skipping the caviar handroll add-on for an extra $55.
