Mario Batali's latest New York offering features two identical dining rooms in the Maritime Hotel, perfect for fitting the huge flock of people dying to try it out since its opening in February. Each dish it to die for but the best option is half portions of two different pastas for just $24. Try out the RED Supper , a four-course tasting menu, some of the proceeds of which go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS.
