Okay, so Dominique Ansel's Kitchen isn't exactly new, as it opened last July. But the chef is offering a new dessert tasting menu that will be available for the next six months. The after-hours dessert menu at U.P., short for Unlimited Possibilities, changes every six months and tickets for the $112, 8-course tasting menu are in high demand.
