This chic speakeasy in Fort Greene can only be accessed through the back of another restaurant, Walter's, but the search is certainly worth it. Try traditional bites and modern cocktails that follow a philosophy of washoku, "aiming for balance across a meal by covering a diversity of flavors, textures and colors among a spread of dishes." Japanese never felt so cool.
