Celebrity sushi hot spot Katsuya, which first stirred up major buzz in Los Angeles before expanding internationally to cities like Las Vegas, Miami, and Dubai, has just debuted its very first location in New York City. The upscale Japanese eatery is the new crown jewel at Citizens New York, the high-end culinary complex at Manhattan West. Designed by architect and designer David Rockwell and his renowned firm Rockwell Group, the super swanky space spans 7,000 square feet with a 305-seat dining room, adjoining 100-seat rooftop terrace, and two private dining spaces. Expect inventive takes on sushi and other Japanese fare from celebrated Master Sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi.
