Maison Sun
Maison Sun, once a roaming restaurant concept that would pop up in special venues, has found itself the perfect home in this Soho speakeasy-ish spot. The intimate space seats just twenty guests each night, all along for the same elevated dining ride. Chef Brenden Skibar (of The Modern and Masa) walks the room through each of the meal's eight courses, while Maison Sun owner and wine connoisseur Dr. Gasperi shares the method behind each of his wine pairings. Ever changing and evolving, the menu has included delectable dishes such as a Caviar Porcini Tart and Egg Sauce, Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc and Radishes, Tamago and Crème Chantilly and more.
