From Eleven Madison Park alums Andrew Quinn and Cedric Nicaise comes The Noortwyck, a sophisticated destination serving up American fare with a focus on seasonal, hyper-local ingredients, whole animal cooking, and in-house dry aging. The warm, 70-seat dining room evokes classic supper club vibes, with dark woods and custom banquettes of cognac tanned Italian leather and golden ochre velvet. While Chef Andrew whips up BBQ duck breast, whole roast chicken, and linguine with clams, sommelier Cedric is on hand to suggest the perfect pour from their 250 bottle wine list.
