Holywater

From the brothers who brought you floating favorites Grand Banks and Pilot, and waterfront mainstays Island Oyster and Drift In comes an unsurprisingly nautical new hot spot that's, well, surprisingly landlocked in Tribeca. An ode to the New Orleans saloons of their youth, the subterranean spot is covered with maritime art, furniture, and decorative objects - from buoys hung off picture frames to a floating hammerhead shark. On the menu? Carbone alum Sam Gasner has chosen a heavy focus on oysters, clams, crustaceans and three different level seafood towers, alongside creative dishes like Crawfish Étouffée.
