Taking elevated fine dining to seriously epic heights, Saga is the hotly anticipated follow-up from Crown Shy's James Kent and Jeff Katz. Spanning four floors over 60 stories up atop FiDi's 70 Pine Street, the glamorous eatery is set to serve up stunning views of the city along with a seven to ten course tasting menu across its multiple dining rooms, bar rooms, and terraces (which, by the way, are filled with plush interiors and artwork by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Victor Vasarely, and Egon Schiele). It officially opens on August 25th, but you'll want to get a head start on those reservations.
