Celebrity chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson is the buzzy name behind the equally buzzy Hav & Mar, expected to debut in Chelsea in early October. The sprawling new spot (comprised of 125 seats), will spotlight soul food from the sea and ancestral fare, with a special focus on modern Black cultural influences. From the cuisine to the wine to the interior design, Samuelsson promises an all-around celebration of "Black excellence" at the upcoming eatery.
