One White Street (One Star)
All rich jewel tones and marble accents, the restaurant from from Master Sommelier Dustin Wilson and chef Austin Johnson spans three floors (complete with three separate kitchens) of a historic Tribeca townhouse, where guests can experience, quite literally, different levels of dining. The first floor, a 25-seat wine bar, offers a more casual vibe, while the upper two levels consist of plush dining rooms and a fancy six-course tasting menu sourced directly from a local farm.
