Every night, at least a handful of people on our Insta story lineup are all posting the painted plates of truffle pasta from Cucina Alba, the new Italian restaurant from Prince Street Hospitality's Cobi Levy and Will Makris. The airy space, with touches of Mid-century chic, is clearly living up to its promise of taking guests on an Italian vacation - every influencer who was in Positano this summer seems to be reliving their "la dolce vita" days there.
