Simply put: it's healthy food on a stick. The name and concept comes from Stathis Antonakopoulos, STIX owner and creator, who wanted a place that put emphasis on balanced, flavorful meals that incorporates foods, whole grains, simply broiling or grilling meats - and of course, serving it on STIX.
