You've probably heard of a blind taste test. Well how about a blind dining experience? Opaque gives customers the opportunity to dine in complete darkness. Customers are led to their tables by blind or visually impaired staff and are encouraged to experience their food in a completely different way. Without the sense of sight, patrons can indulge deeper in the taste, smell, and even texture of their food.
