Ah Waverly Inn. That little West Village gem, brought to our good city by Vanity Fair's fair publisher Graydon Carter. Back in March of last year NY Mag educated us on what it meant to actually get in to the place (you are cool or rich enough), to be seated in the conservatory (but not THAT cool, "congratulations, you’re in Siberia. "), to what to order (Bananas Foster). They also stated that:

"You could argue that theatrical value makes this a three-star restaurant. But we won’t. When the dust settles, this will be a solid neighborhood joint"

So, has the dust finally settled? We're going to say not yet. Having been there a week ago, the place still looks to be popular among the most elite of the New York socials. And now, for the rest of you out there who are losing sleep over the fact that you don't know what is going on inside Waverly Inn, we find out from Grub today that good man Carter has put together a blog exclusively for the restaurant. Now we will all be caught up on any drama that ensued the previous night on Waverly St. And don't worry, you won't even have to bribe Emil to get in.
