1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 cup pumpkin spice coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua) 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 8 cubes ice cubes
