Dating apps are the worst. You have limited space to promote yourself to a bunch of strangers in your immediate area - some of whom are men who have no idea how to write a dating profile, and who don’t seem to know what they want, but who write with the confidence of someone who does.
I'm new to the dating app game, and after swiping through an embarrassingly high number of profiles, certain phrases, photos, and self-descriptors kept coming up. So of course some of these had to be put into a list as a PSA for dudes: edit any and all of these out of your profile immediately.
But hey, if you scroll through the following and think, “These are perfectly fine to keep in my profile!” then maybe I should be grateful that I’m about to delete all of these apps. Sigh.
