If you're hellbent on flying out of EWR, LGA or JFK during the holidays, don't count on the airport vendors to feed you amid the crowds. You may be on your own. NYC-area airports have a lot of restaurants on paper, but not necessarily enough for the number of passengers who pass through to get to and from America's biggest city.
