Who says that the Hamptons are only a summer getaway destination? The east end of Long Island can be enjoyed all spring long, without the hassle of the usual summer traffic. All of the haunts that you would frequent in the summer are still just as fun throughout April and May, with the crowds being far less than what they usually are. Some of our favorite spots to stay are the Montauk Yacht Club and Le Maison Blanche, while you should be sure to eat at Tom Collichio’s, Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton or be one of the first to try Bay Kitchen Bar, East Hampton's newest, sea-to-table eatery which proudly claims that most of its seafood comes from within 100 miles of the Hamptons.
