Simons' Commercial Contribution
Simons was known for introducing his artistic and daringly modern edge to the brand, and not only did it pay off with the critics, but it also payed off in sales. Dior sales grew 18% (reaching $18.2 bn) during its 2014-2015 fiscal year, and the brand had an overall 60% rise in sales during his three and half year tenure. Looking back at his past collections and work at Dior, we can understand why. Well done, Raf.
