Le Georges
A bit touristy, I will confess, but still a shamelessly chic restaurant perched on top of Centre Pompidou and run by the hotelier extraordinaires at Costes. There is seating inside and outside, but opt for the outdoor area that has sleek tables with single red roses in tall vases. The view of the Paris skyline is almost limitless, so it makes the spot the perfect place for a post show dinner and drink. Like everything in Paris, it’s breathtakingly romantic and the desserts (like the chocolate gateau) are divine.
